FAQ

 

Question: How fast can you ship my order?

Answer: We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of order placement (working days, Monday to Friday).

 

Question: What is the delivery time?

Answer: Delivery time depends on the destination and the chosen delivery method. Please see the "Shipping Method" -section as you make the order.

 

Question: Will I get a message when my order is sent?

Answer: Yes, e-mail notifications will be send to you when your order is processed and sent.

 

Question: Will I have to pay for the return shipping if I decide to return or make an exchange?

Answer: Yes, you will have to pay for the return shipping if you want to make a return or an exchange. You can find all the necessary return shipping information from the paper Packing slip (sent with the order) or from the Refund Policy in the website. In the case of an exchange, we will pay for the shipping of the exchanged product back to you.

 

Question: What to do if the received product is wrong or broken?

Answer: If we have sent you a wrong or a broken product, we will gladly exchange it for a new product. In such cases, contact us per e-mail: info@eurocheer.net. Please notice that this warranty will be valid for 6 months from the order date.

 

Question: Are all of the items in your website in stock?

Answer: Yes, all of the items that you can add into the shopping cart are in stock. Also, our website does not allow you to order more items than we have in stock. Nevertheless, sometimes there are unfortunate stock errors that may lead to sold items being out of stock. In these rare cases we will contact you directly.

 

Question: Will I have to pay VAT (value added tax) and customs duties of my order?

Answers:

European Union
-VAT: EuroCheer will charge the local VAT and pay it forward to the EU country where the order is delivered to (via the EU's "One Stop Shop" VAT arrangement). So to say it more clearly, by ordering from EuroCheer, your home country will benefit by receiving the VAT of the ordered goods.
*Exception: EuroCheer will charge VAT on Norwegian orders and forward the payment to the Norwegian Tax Administration through the VOEC scheme.

-Customs duties: EU orders are delivered without any customs duties.

Outside EU
-VAT: Prices for orders made from outside EU does not include VAT in the EuroCheer -webstore. However, value added tax may be added to outside EU orders when importing the order to the destination country, so please check your local laws and regulations before making the order.
*Exception: EuroCheer will charge VAT on Norwegian orders and forward the payment to the Norwegian Tax Administration through the VOEC scheme.

-Customs duties: Customs duties may apply to outside EU orders, please check your local regulations.
