Sportiro Oy customer, user and marketing register.
The register is used to serve and communicate with the customer, to produce and develop services and products. The data register is operated under the Personal Data Act.
The data register may also be used for invoicing, sending news emails, marketing and targeted marketing. As a customer you can at any time check, edit or delete your data from the register or prohibit marketing communication.
This data register will be applied to the different services and web pages of Sportiro Oy.
Sportiro Oy will collect information of the user / customer, when the services on the web pages of Sportiro Oy are used in any way (browsing, shopping, etc)
By inputting parsonal information to the Sportiro Oy websites or sending personal information via e- mail, the customer accepts the collecting, usage and handing over their personal information in the way stated in this privacy policy.
The data register may include one or more of the following information:
1. First name and last name
2. Company or association
3. Telephone number
4. Address
5. E-mail
6. Other personal, company or association information
7. Information concerning customer relation (e.g. order information, information about meetings, marketing permits and prohibitions.)
8. Information concerning marketing and sales (e.g. marketing messages)
9. Replies to customer questionnaires and feedback
10. Enquiries made in Chat or other instant messaging services

Our online ordering systems are secure systems, from where old data will be deleted after reasonable time period.
The usage of cookies is common within web services. Cookies are small text files, that enable the used system or web page to identify individual users. Most browsers are set to enable cookies. You can disable the use of cookies from your browser settings. However, the disabling of the cookies may result in the webpage not performing as intended.
Our services utilize cookies to achieve maximal user experience. We use information gained from cookies to enhance our webpages and services.
When cookies are enabled, the browser will automatically gather user information (e.g. IP-address, browser type and last visited website) when user visits our web page or uses our services.
We gather statistical information of the customers that visit our web page and/or use our services. The information gathered contains details of e.g. number of visitors, entrance and exit pages, clicked links and time spend on the website.
Google analytics or other analyzing service may be used to analyze the use of our web page or services. The analytical information gathered will not be linked to customer’s personal information.
Google Adwords may be used to market our services and products. Information gained from Google Adwords will not be linked to customer’s personal information.
Regular information sources are the information gained from the Sportiro Oy web pages or services.
Personal information might also be collected from our partners and company or government parties that provide personal information services.
Concerning orders, the information source will be the party that makes the order. Read more from the part 5. “The information content of the data register”.
Sportiro Oy can outsource the managing of the personal information to third parties. This will take place e.g. in the following cases:
1. Maintenance of ordering systems
2. Customer database
3. Communication with the customer in accordance with making an order etc (e.g. Chat)
This kind of third party companies can be situated in or outside of the European Union. This kind of companies can provide different services from e-mail marketing to data analyzation.
In certain cases, selected data may be provided to third party companies to enable them to provide their services.
If data will be provided to third party companies, Sportiro Oy will strive to guarantee adequate information security with EU-U.S – Privacy Shield or similar arrangement.
Information may be provided to third parties also by legislative grounds provided by authorities. Information may also be provided in the case of company acquisitions. In case of acquisition the parties will make confidentiality agreement about the security of the personal information.
Sportiro Oy will not provide personal data to third parties for other than above mentioned means. Sportiro Oy will take care of deleting all unnecessary information within reasonable time period. This time period will depend on the quality of the data.

Sportiro Oy is resolute in preventing all unauthorized use and passing of the data in the register. All data in electric form is secured with firewalls, passwords and other appropriate means. All physically existing data will be stored in places with restricted access.
The selected Sportiro Oy employees and subcontractors will have access to specified data. All Sportiro employees are bound with confidentiality agreements.
Our ordering systems have a possibility to pay via credit card. We do not store the credit card information but the trusted third party company will do this instead (payment transfer company).
According to the Personal Data Act the person that has provided personal information to a service provider has the right to know what personal information has been recorded if any. If a person want’s to use this right the inquiry needs to be provided in written form (name and e-mail). If asked, the person needs to provide appropriate identification.
Sportiro Oy will make all the necessary corrections to the personal data or delete them.
The customer can ask for the personal information, make modifications or delete stored information by contacting us via email. Please find the contact email from our website.
If a customer feels that the rights have been violated with handling of their personal data, they have the right to make a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority.
Sportiro Oy will keep the right to make changes to the Privacy policy. Possible changes will be published with a date. We recommend customers to get acquainted with the Privacy policy within regular intervals.
The web pages of Sportiro Oy may contain links to other web pages or information from other web pages. In these cases Sportiro Oy will not be responsible of the content of the links or information.
