1. You need a pen, paper, tape measure and a hardcover book
2. Attach the paper to the wall
3. Step on the paper so that the heel is against the wall
4. Mark the length of your foot on the paper. Use the longest part of your foot to measure. You can use a book as a guide.
5. Measure the length from the end of the paper to the line you drew.
6. Open the size guide for the shoe model you want to buy (note that all shoes have their own size guide)
7. Choose the right shoe size from the guide according to the length of your foot.
NOTE If your foot measurement falls between the sizes, we recommend choosing a bigger size.

The All-American is one of the lightest cheerleading shoe models from Kaepa. The model is a perfect blend of ventilation, weight, shock absorption, flexibility and support.
The shoe's heel notch and patented Finger Grooves improve balance and stunt control while the Touch Technology employs texture in support bands that provide and immediate sensory connection between base and flyer.
The model is suitable for all stunt roles and tumbling. We recommend the shoe for any athlete that needs to perform at a high level and wants to have good shock absorption from their shoes. The All-American is also perfect for aerobics or other indoor sports.
The shoe sizes run relatively true to size but we still suggest checking the cm measurement from the size chart. Our athletes who have tested the shoe have chosen the following sizes:
- All-American: EU: 36 / US: 5.5, normally wears EU: 36
