📍 About Cheerleading Shoes and Warranties

1. 🔧 Manufacturer Warranty vs. Legal Liability – What's the Difference?

Manufacturers offer their own limited warranty, typically lasting 1–3 months. Any defects that arise during the warranty period are handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

💡 Even after the manufacturer's warranty ends, you may still have rights depending on your local consumer protection laws.
For example, in the EU, the seller is responsible for manufacturing or material defects that appear within a reasonable time after purchase. This does not apply to defects caused by misuse or abnormal wear.

In short:

  • Warranty = Manufacturer’s extra promise, with limited time and conditions.

  • Legal liability = Seller’s statutory responsibility for defects not caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

2. 📊 Warranty by Brand

Below is a list of warranties provided by each brand:

Please note that all warranties are defined by the manufacturers.
We handle complaints according to each manufacturer's policy.

Brand Warranty period
TRIXSTAR 3 months (6 months for major defects, such as sole separation)
REBEL 3 months
KAEPA 2 months
NFINITY 1 month
NIKE 1 month
NO LIMIT 4 months

3. 🧍 Intended Use

These shoes are specifically designed for cheerleading.

They are suitable for:

  • stunts and pyramids

  • jumps and acrobatics

  • dancing and similar movements

They are not suitable for:

  • general exercise or running

  • use on rough, abrasive surfaces (e.g., asphalt, gravel, etc.)

  • continuous hard scraping against the floor

4. 🔄 Surfaces and Wear

The soles are designed for use on cheerleading mats, but can also be used in indoor gym environments for cheerleading purposes.

Use on other surfaces may cause:

  • premature wear or detachment of the sole

  • damage to materials, especially seams and upper surface

Such wear is considered normal or improper use, and is not covered by warranty or legal responsibility.

5. đŸ€ž Stretching and Other Use

Using the shoes in the following ways may damage the materials:

  • stretching in splits so that the outer side of the shoe slides along the floor

  • sliding or dragging the shoe on the floor so that the side surface rubs against it

Such use may cause abnormal wear, which is not considered a product defect.

6. đŸ§Œ Care and Storage

  • Use shoes only on clean surfaces

  • Remove dirt with a damp cloth, avoid washing machines

  • Let shoes air dry at room temperature; avoid heat or direct sunlight

  • Store shoes in a well-ventilated, dry space

7. 📆 Duration of Legal Liability

We are responsible for manufacturing or material defects in the product. However, this does not cover damage or wear caused by misuse or abnormal stress.

Defects that appear within a reasonable period under normal use may be covered under legal liability.
For example, a defect that occurs within the first four months from the date of purchase may indicate a faulty product.

The seller is not responsible for defects caused by misuse or excessive wear.
