jumps and acrobatics
dancing and similar movements
They are not suitable for:
general exercise or running
use on rough, abrasive surfaces (e.g., asphalt, gravel, etc.)
continuous hard scraping against the floor
The soles are designed for use on cheerleading mats, but can also be used in indoor gym environments for cheerleading purposes.
Use on other surfaces may cause:
premature wear or detachment of the sole
damage to materials, especially seams and upper surface
Such wear is considered normal or improper use, and is not covered by warranty or legal responsibility.
Using the shoes in the following ways may damage the materials:
stretching in splits so that the outer side of the shoe slides along the floor
sliding or dragging the shoe on the floor so that the side surface rubs against it
Such use may cause abnormal wear, which is not considered a product defect.

Remove dirt with a damp cloth, avoid washing machines
Let shoes air dry at room temperature; avoid heat or direct sunlight
Store shoes in a well-ventilated, dry space
