Question: How fast can you ship my order?
Answer: We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours after the order has been placed, on working days from Monday to Friday.
Question: What is the delivery time?
Answer: Delivery time depends on the destination country and the chosen delivery method. Please see the “Shipping Method” section during checkout.
Question: Will I receive a message when my order has been shipped?
Answer: Yes, you will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and shipped.
Question: Do I have to pay the return shipping cost if I decide to return or exchange a product?
Answer: Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping cost if you want to return or exchange a product. You can find the necessary return shipping information on the packing slip included with your order or in the Refund Policy on our website. In the case of an exchange, we will pay the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product back to you.
Question: What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a broken product?
Answer: If we have sent you the wrong product or a broken product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. In these cases, please contact us by email atinfo@eurocheer.net. Please note that this warranty is valid for 6 months from the order date.
Question: Are all items on your website in stock?
Answer: Yes, all items that can be added to the shopping cart are in stock. Our website also prevents you from ordering more items than we have in stock. However, stock errors may sometimes occur, and this may lead to an item being sold even though it is no longer available. In these rare cases, we will contact you directly.
Question: Do I have to pay VAT (value added tax) and customs duties on my order?

European Union
-VAT: EuroCheer charges the local VAT rate and forwards it to the EU country where the order is delivered through the EU’s “One Stop Shop” VAT arrangement. In other words, when you order from EuroCheer, your home country receives the VAT for the ordered goods.
-Customs duties: Orders delivered within the EU are delivered without customs duties.
Norway
-VAT: EuroCheer charges VAT on eligible orders delivered to Norway and forwards the payment to the Norwegian Tax Administration through the VOEC scheme.
-Customs duties: Orders delivered to Norway through the VOEC scheme are processed through simplified customs clearance. Please check local Norwegian rules for any product-specific restrictions or exceptions.
Outside the EU and Norway
-VAT: Prices for orders placed from outside the EU and Norway do not include VAT in the EuroCheer online store. However, value added tax may be charged when the order is imported into the destination country. Please check your local laws and regulations before placing an order.
