RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted, including:
-Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If we have sent you the wrong product or a broken product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. In these cases, please contact us by email atinfo@eurocheer.net. Please note that this warranty is valid for 6 months from the order date.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. The only exception is if the return is due to a defective product or an error on our side.

If you received free shipping on your order and then return all or part of the order so that the order no longer qualifies for free shipping, we will deduct the regular shipping cost from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost when returning your purchase. We will pay the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The only exception is if the return is due to a defective product or an error on our side. In these special cases, please contact us atinfo@eurocheer.net.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item of noticeable value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number in case the shipment goes missing.
