Answer: We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of order placement (working days, Monday to Friday).

Answer: Yes, you will have to pay for the return shipping if you want to make a return or an exchange. You can find all the necessary return shipping information from the paper Packing slip (sent with the order) or from the Refund Policy in the website. In the case of an exchange, we will pay for the shipping of the exchanged product back to you.
Question: What to do if the received product is wrong or broken?
Answer: If we have sent you a wrong or a broken product, we will gladly exchange it for a new product. In such cases, contact us per e-mail: email@example.com. Please notice that this warranty will be valid for 6 months from the order date.
Question: Are all of the items in your website in stock?
Answer: Yes, all of the items that you can add into the shopping cart are in stock. Also, our website does not allow you to order more items than we have in stock. Nevertheless, sometimes there are unfortunate stock errors that may lead to sold items being out of stock. In these rare cases we will contact you directly.
